Kathleen Burnett
International Coordinator
Kathleen has 27 years of long-term care management and has been actively involved with the Eden Alternative movement as the Coordinator for Eastern Canada since 1998. She has facilitated trainings and seminars on person-centered care across eastern Canada. Kathleen has been involved in curriculum development and completed the initial revisions to the Eden alternative's resource manual, "Haleigh's Almanac."

Lé-Anne Ryan is currently the President of Health Education Rx providing numerous services in education and curriculum building, legal counselling, and patient advocacy. She has worked in Long Term Care as Charge Nurse, DOC and Administrator. Her Education career in Nursing and Heath at Niagara College, Brock University, Nipissing University, Private Tutoring and for Eden Can.
Le-Anne a Diploma in Nursing from Mack Centre Nursing, Niagara College (St. Catharines), an Honours BsCN in Nursing from Brock University (St. Catharines), recipient of the Dorothy Doyle award. She obtained her Master’s in Education with a field of specialization in Administration Leadership in Education at Brock University (St. Catharines). Le-Anne passionate about education in Nursing, and Nursing practice and has spent several years teaching as a clinical supervisor for Brock University and Niagara College.
Kelly Chuckry
International Coordinator
Kelly has over 27 years of long term care experience and has dedicated the majority of her career working to improve the quality of care of Elders. Kelly has additional education in Infection Prevention and Control, and has experience working for Public Health, which proven to be valuable. Kelly has worked in several progressive leadership roles which includes education and quality improvement, and working for the Ministry of Long Term Care. Kelly worked on curriculum development for annual education in long term care settings and has taught in long term care environments and a college setting. Kelly joined the Eden family 2020 and is committed to continuing to improve the quality of care for residents.
